We are looking for a full-time Lead Intake Manager to become a part of our expanding real estate team! In this position, you will be the friendly voice for our potential clients, managing incoming calls, evaluating potential leads, and arranging appointments with our acquisitions team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting cold calls to potential sellers to generate leads.
- Handling incoming calls and client inquiries.
- Organizing appointments for our acquisitions team to promote company growth.
- Establishing rapport with leads and ensuring follow-up on all appointments.
- Working collaboratively with tea
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Exceptional English communication skills with little to no accent.
- Strong proficiency in computer use and data entry.
- Experience in scheduling appointments; real estate experience is preferred.
- A self-driven, responsible, and proactive mindset.
Compensation: Starting at $7-8 per hour, depending on experience.
