UK Property / Land sourcer

To apply for this role you must have relevant real estate experience 2+ years FT or 5 years PT - and an understanding on property developments overseas, UK preferred or US

Our company is looking for a Commercial Property Sourcer - Part Time - 6 hours per week - flexible hours
Responsibilities:

* Scan for maps & market listings and desktop based investment calculation
* Set up multi platform search alerts and filter those
* Research & contact potential vendors
* Structure data for weekly meetings in google sheets, itemize according to strength of investment
* Make contact with agents and commercial surveyors to vet properties and find key information for investment calculations, ROI
* Set up viewings where necessary for our UK team
* Conduct initial market research and making calls to identify suitable agents
* Keep up-to-date with all written and verbal communications (i.e. emails/messages/calls);
* Negotiate with Landlord/Letting Agent to ensure the property is provided at best value terms to the company;

Requirements:
* Commercially minded
* Able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team;
* Good computer skills including google sheets
* Experience within Commercial property
* Flexible, adaptable nature with the ability to work under pressure, in a calm manner;
* GoodUpgrade to see actual info management;
* Experience in UK market beneficial
