JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a highly motivated UI/UX & Graphic Designer to create compelling digital experiences for leading direct-to-consumer (DTC) CPG brands that work with our agency. This role is perfect for a Figma power user who gets excited about crafting high-converting ecommerce experiences for beloved consumer brands. As a key member of our team, you'll work independently to deliver polished designs quickly and efficiently.

The primary function of this role is to help develop from scratch, or optimize, Shopify stores and their themes. Responsibilities include:
- Create custom, high-converting Shopify themes for CPG brands using Figma
- Build and maintain comprehensive Figma design systems for each brand
- Implement mobile-first design strategies
- Optimize user flows and purchase funnels
- Lead the design process from wireframes to final implementation

Possible secondary functions of this role will be to assist in the creation of static ads, social media posts, and email design. Responsibilities may include:
- Design eye-catching static ads in Figma for various social media platforms
- Maintain brand consistency across all advertising materials
- Create multiple variations for A/B testing with quick turnaround times
- Design responsive email templates using Figma for Klaviyo implementation
- Create compelling promotional and transactional email designs
- Optimize email layouts for maximum engagement and conversion

Required Skills & Experience:
- Advanced Figma Expertise is Mandatory
- Deep understanding of Figma's advanced features (auto-layout, components, variants)
- Experience creating and maintaining complex design systems in Figma
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready designs using Figma
- 3+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful ecommerce projects for CPG brands
- Expert knowledge of mobile-first design principles
- Demonstrated experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Understanding of ecommerce best practices and user behavior
- Experience with Shopify theme design
- Knowledge of email design constraints and best practices
