Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create compelling and innovative visual design solutions for our web projects. The ideal candidate will independently develop designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective.

Responsibilities:

- Review recorded client meetings to fully understand the specific requirements and expectations for each project.
- Create high-quality Photoshop mock-ups for the homepage and services page templates that align with the client's vision.
- Adjust designs based on feedback to ensure the final mock-ups meet all specified needs.
- Ensure designs are prepared for direct implementation, focusing on user experience and visual appeal.

Requirements:

- Strong experience in Photoshop with a robust portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, crucial for creating designs that can be directly implemented using Elementor Pro.
- Ability to work independently to solve design problems and adapt designs based on client feedback.
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Ability to meet project deadlines and work flexibly.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with additional design tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch.
- Experience designing responsive websites and knowledge of various breakpoints.
