Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX designer passionate about AI to craft an immersive and engaging user experience for ChatNexus. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing an UI/UX that enhances digital companionship. Responsibilities:

- Be able to propose most optimal user experience flow based on the product requirements.
- Understand the needs of our users and create designs that are logical and seamless for users.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
- Create frameworks, design systems, user flows, wireframes, detailed visual mockups, and prototypes.
- Run user analysis, user testing and research to make data-driven and evidence-based design decisions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Deliver high quality creative products while insisting on high standards and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD.
- Experience with design testing tools like User Testing, Userbrain, Maze, etc.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail.
