We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design seamless and engaging digital experiences that align with our brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize design concepts and interactions.
UI Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
UX Design: Develop and optimize user flows, information architecture, and interaction design to enhance the overall user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other tea
Feedback & Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into design iterations to improve usability and functionality.
Documentation: Maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and user personas.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are modern and effective.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX design projects, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and finished designs.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred: Experience with user research methodologies, interaction design, and familiarity with Agile development processes.
