About Us:
We are pioneering a suite of interactive applications for an innovative gaming facility where teams of
players enter immersive rooms, full of buttons, sensors, and displays, to tackle dynamic physical
challenges—running, jumping, and overcoming obstacles—with the goal of achieving the fastest time.
Our back-end team is currently building a robust NodeJS infrastructure serving an ecosystem of
web-apps displayed on multiple chromium browsers around the facility. Mostly html+css+js pages, but
they need to look like everything but a website ! They rather need to look and feel like native gaming
apps, with fat fonts, fluid transitions, captivating animations, fresh colors, etc… Now we need a
visionary designer to create interfaces that are not only futuristic and engaging but are also designed
for smooth, straightforward integration with our ongoing codebase.
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a creative and technically savvy UI/UX Designer who can develop visually captivating,
modern, and immersive web interfaces. Your designs will play a critical role in shaping an
environment that is modern, classy, sober, clean, trending, immersive, and fresh—relaxing for the
eyes yet motivating and energizing, inspiring team spirit and athletic excellence. Importantly, you must
produce designs that integrate effortlessly with our current NodeJS-based development, ensuring a
smooth handoff to our front-end engineering team.

Responsibilities:
? Collaborative Integration:
Work closely with our backend development team to ensure that your UI designs are
technically feasible and can be seamlessly integrated with our current codebase.
? Concept Development:
Translate the vision of an immersive gaming experience into innovative UI designs that steer
clear of traditional website aesthetics.
? Emphasize a modern, classy, sober, and clean look that’s trending yet inviting.
? Ensure the design is relaxing for the eyes, avoiding the aggressive vibe of typical
video games while still energizing and motivating users.
? Interface & Interaction Design:
Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and comprehensive design systems that cover color
schemes, typography, iconography, buttons, and interactive elements.
? User-Centered Approach:
Develop intuitive interfaces that enhance the overall gaming experience, encouraging team
interaction (like naturally high-fiving teammates) while emphasizing the competitive edge of
beating challenges in record time.

Requirements:
? Experience & Portfolio:
A minimum of 4 experience in UI/UX design with a robust portfolio that demonstrates creative
and non-traditional web interface designs—experience in gaming, interactive installations, or
digital signage is a strong plus.
? Technical Proficiency:
? Mastery of modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with
handoff solutions (Zeplin, Avocode, or similar).
? Understanding of responsive web design and best practices in user interface design.
? Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an asset to
facilitate effective communication and seamless design-to-code transition.
? Collaboration & Communication:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
environment, ensuring that design intentions are clearly translated into functional code.
