About MachShip:
We're an Australian software company disrupting the freight industry with our cloud-based Freight Management System. Our platform helps businesses automate their shipping processes, and we're looking for a UI/UX designer who can make complex operations feel simple and intuitive.

The Role:
As our UI/UX Designer, you'll be responsible for creating user-centered designs that elevate our platform's usability while maintaining its powerful functionality. You'll:

- Lead the design process from research to implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity
- Manage design projects from conception to delivery
- Maintain and evolve our design system

Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
- Excellent communication skills in English
