UGC content creator/ Video creator

For our Dutch dropshipping business, we are aiming to hit 8 figures this year. Therefore, we are looking for a highly skilled UGC Creator with experience in e-commerce and social media content creation to be part of our growing team. This is a long-term opportunity.

You must understand the entire process of creating and optimizing high-converting video content. Strong communication skills are essential. Please answer the following questions if you are interested:

- Do you have experience creating UGC content for brands?
- Have you worked with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook ads before?
- Are you familiar with video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere?
- Do you have experience following creative briefs and brand guidelines?
- Are you available for 6-8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week?

As a UGC Creator, you must have:
- Experience in creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (Must!)
- Strong communication and creativity (Must!)
- Ability to shoot and edit high-quality video content using a smartphone or camera (Must!)
- Experience in e-commerce or working with product-based brands (Pre)
- Understanding of social media trends and what makes a video go viral (Pre)
- Experience with Trello, Discord, or similar workflow tools (Must)

Your responsibilities will be:

- Creating and editing 5-10 short-form videos per day for social media ads
- Following creative briefs and ensuring content aligns with brand identity
- Collaborating with our team to optimize content for better performance
- Keeping track of deadlines and ensuring no delays in content delivery
- Updating the content tracker with all produced materials and performance insights
