UGC / Influencer / Social Media Virtual Assistant

We are hiring for a Virtual Assistant for a fast growing ecommerce portfolio. You will be an important team member for our ad creative team and working with exciting creators and influencers!

Requirements:
- Must have a firm understanding of scroll-stopping Facebook and TikTok content
- Must have a basic level understanding of content strategy

Responsibilities:
- Reach out and coordinate with creators and influencers for brands
- Negotiate with creators and influencers on quote / budget for project
- Prepare content brief to visually illustrate content request
- Upload to Google Drive

Expectations:
- 1+ years of experience working with content
- Understands what qualifies as high quality creative - hooks and b-roll (product, lifestyle, model)
- Fluent English
- Fast communication
