We are seeking an experienced video editor to clip and create engaging short-form content from Twitch streams, specifically for platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in clipping content and a strong understanding of American Twitch culture.

**Responsibilities:**
- Edit and clip content from live Twitch streams to create engaging and shareable videos for TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Ensure that clips are formatted according to platform requirements, including video length, aspect ratio, and engagement strategies.
- Work efficiently and meet deadlines to deliver high-quality clips consistently.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience editing and clipping Twitch streams for social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of American Twitch culture and the types of content that resonate with the audience.
- Must be available from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST).
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience creating viral content for social media.
- Ability to adapt to different content styles based on platform trends.
