Role Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and knowledgeable individuals for a Tutor position. Whether you’re an experienced educator or a subject matter expert looking for a flexible teaching opportunity, this role is perfect for you. As a tutor, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students across various subjects, helping them grasp complex concepts and achieve academic success. This role offers the opportunity to advance within the company, with potential growth into academic leadership or curriculum development roles.
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST.

Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions online in assigned subjects.
Assess student learning needs and tailor lessons to ensure comprehension and mastery.
Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress.
Develop engaging lesson plans and learning materials as needed.
Utilize online tools and platforms to deliver interactive and effective tutoring sessions.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and session details.
Stay updated with curriculum trends and best teaching practices.
Communicate with parents or guardians (if applicable) to provide updates on student progress.

Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (required).
Prior teaching or tutoring experience required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching styles to individual student needs.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward learning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS) is a plus.
Self-motivated, able to work independently while contributing to a remote team.
