Part-Time Start: Begin with 6 hours/day and show us your potential.
Full-Time Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM USA Eastern Time once you prove your abilities.

Educate Homeowners: Build trust and educate them on how solar can save them money and improve their lives.
Set Winning Appointments: Overcome objections with ease and schedule quality consultations for our sales specialists.

???? Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for top-notch professionals who:

Have 1+ years of experience in solar cold calling, appointment setting, or sales.
Speak fluent, engaging English and have a natural ability to connect with people.
Thrive in goal-oriented, competitive environments where performance is king.
Are confident, motivated, and ready to prove they’re the best.
Bonus Points If You…
Are skilled with predictive dialers and CRMs.
Know how to flip objections into conversations.
Have a proven track record of exceeding targets.

At least 1 year of cold-calling or appointment-setting experience (solar preferred).
A reliable home office setup with a computer, headset, and fast internet.
The ability to follow scripts while keeping calls conversational and engaging.
A competitive, results-driven attitude and availability during US Eastern Time hours.
