Tri-lingual Transcription (EN, NL, DE) for Art Production Studio in Germany

Dear Applicant,
My collaborators and I aim to offer amazing experiences to our audiences, using puppets, and physical performance like dance and mime. We value playfulness, beauty, and wonder about the world. We are interested in the complex developments in human culture, the "meta-crisis", and seek unconventional ways to contribute to a better world.
As a professional artist collaborating in multiple projects I generate a lot of material: Voice notes, sketches, drawings, video. I need someone to help me sort and structure these on a daily basis, and turn them into todo-items, messages to collaborators, project plans, work-in-progress images for our fanbase, do listings of artworks for sale, etc, etc.
Important: Your most-needed skill is to understand spoken audio in English, German and Dutch (NL). I communicate with Germans, English speakers, and Dutch people. I'm from NL myself, I live in Germany, and grew up on english-spoken media. My voice notes to you will be in those three languages.

We'll start at 10 hours weekly. Once that relieves my workload, we'll expand your responsibilities based on your talents and skills. I'm happy to train you where I can and support you in developing your skillset. As you help us generate more income, your hours and wage will expand.

Our trial period can start in the coming days, initially with weekly payments. I want to work long-term with an awesome team.
