Job Overview
Webway Travels is seeking a Travel Agency Assistant to support our team in planning and coordinating various travel services. This role involves researching destinations, comparing travel options, booking arrangements (such as flights, hotels, and tours), assisting with customer outreach, and managing travel insurance tasks. Training will be provided on essential industry software and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Coordination Duties
Research & Destination Insights: Investigate travel destinations worldwide, focusing on attractions, accommodations, and transportation options.
Itinerary Planning: Create and organize travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and time frames.
Vendor & Supplier Liaison: Communicate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers to secure the best rates and schedules.
Booking & Reservations: Handle flight, hotel, and car rental bookings; follow up with clients on confirmations.
Customer Outreach: Address inquiries via email or phone, provide travel guidance, and ensure excellent customer service.
Data Management: Maintain updated records of bookings, customer profiles, and payment details.
Insurance Assistant Duties
Travel Insurance Quotes: Research and compare travel insurance policies, ensuring coverage aligns with client needs.
Policy Documentation: Maintain organized records of insurance policies, renewals, and relevant terms/conditions.
Claims Assistance: Assist clients in filing travel insurance claims by gathering required documentation and providing timely follow-up.
Customer & Team Support: Respond to routine insurance-related questions and escalate more complex issues as needed.
Regulatory Compliance: Keep up with industry regulations and best practices related to travel insurance, recommending process improvements when necessary.

Required Skills
Interpersonal & Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Research & Analysis: Ability to find and compare multiple travel and insurance options, balancing cost with quality.
Attention to Detail: Precision in making reservations and managing client documentation.
Organizational Skills: Capable of handling multiple travel bookings and insurance tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and willing to learn travel booking systems.
Adaptability & Quick Learning: Eager to learn new industry tools, software, and processes.
Self-Motivation: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service (preferred but not required).
Reliable internet connection for remote work.
Willingness to learn about travel insurance and booking platforms.
Strong customer service orientation.
