Job Summary:
We are seeking a Transformer Coil Designer to join our engineering team. This role involves designing and optimizing transformer windings for power, distribution, and specialty transformers. The ideal candidate will have experience in coil winding configurations, material selection, and electromagnetic design to ensure high efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
Design transformer coils (LV & HV) based on electrical and mechanical requirements.
Select conductor materials (copper/aluminum) and insulation types.
Perform calculations for inductance, impedance, temperature rise, and losses.
Create technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
Collaborate with production teams to support coil winding and assembly processes.
Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, ANSI, and other relevant standards.
Assist in failure analysis and continuous improvement of transformer designs.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in transformer design, coil winding, or electromagnetic engineering.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS, or FEMM.
Knowledge of winding configurations (layer, disc, foil, helical).
Experience with thermal and electromagnetic simulations.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
