We are a fast-growing land investment company focused on acquiring and selling undervalued land across the U.S. Our team thrives on efficiency, negotiation, and closing deals. We are looking for a Transaction Manager to handle seller negotiations, manage leads, and ensure smooth transactions from initial contact to closing.

Responsibilities
• Lead Management & Follow-Ups: Call, text, and email potential sellers to nurture leads and keep deals moving.
• Negotiation: Engage with sellers to discuss pricing, terms, and overcome objections to secure the best possible deals.
• CRM Management: Organize and track all leads in our CRM system, ensuring follow-ups are timely and no opportunity is lost.
• Closing Coordination: Work with title companies, attorneys, and escrow officers to ensure seamless transactions.
• Deal Conversion: Evaluate potential land deals, identify motivated sellers, and help close transactions efficiently.
• Market Research: Analyze property values, comparable sales, and trends to support negotiations and decision-making.
• Communication & Reporting: Provide updates on leads, deals, and negotiations to the leadership team.

Who You Are
• Strong Negotiator: You have experience in sales, real estate, or land acquisitions, and know how to talk numbers confidently with sellers.
• Self-Starter: You take initiative, follow up diligently, and work well independently.
• Tech-Savvy: You have experience using CRM systems (e.g., Podio, REIPro, PropStream) and are comfortable with basic real estate research tools.
• Results-Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment where success is based on deals closed.
• Excellent Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can build rapport easily over the phone.
• Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple leads, stay organized, and keep CRM data up-to-date.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, or land acquisitions.
• Prior work with CRM tools like Podio, HubSpot, or REIPro.
• Experience negotiating with sellers and closing real estate transactions.
• Understanding of title and escrow processes.
