RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close
Manage agent calendars and
Handle data entry and documentation with a high degree of accuracy
Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors in a timely, professional manner
Track deadlines and ensure all documents are complete and compliant
Provide general administrative support as needed
QUALIFICATION:
Proven experience in transaction coordination and administrative roles (preferably in real estate)
Proficient in Skyslope, MLS (Matrix), and KVCORE
Prior experience working within the eXp Realty ecosystem is a BIG plus!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Tech-savvy and resourceful with a proactive approach
