At Generation Family Properties, we specialize in buying and selling vacant land and close 8-10 transactions per month. As a full-time Transaction Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every deal is handled efficiently, accurately, and smoothly from contract to close.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the glue that holds our transactions together, making sure every contract, title search, and closing step happens on time and without surprises. Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing Land Transactions – Overseeing 8-10 closings per month and ensuring all deadlines are met.
Coordinating with Third Parties – Working with title companies, realtors, photographers, and inspectors to keep everything moving forward.
Document Prep & Review – Drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, amendments, and closing paperwork.
Title & Financial Coordination – Ensuring smooth communication with title companies, verifying wire instructions, and tracking payments.
CRM & Data Management – Keeping detailed and accurate records in Podio, DocuSign, and Excel.
Proactive Problem-Solving – Identifying and resolving any roadblocks that could delay closings.
Communication & Customer Service – Providing updates to buyers, sellers, and our internal team to ensure a seamless experience.

Experience: 2+ years as a Transaction Coordinator (land experience is a plus!)
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Podio, DocuSign, Excel, and transaction management software

About Us:

We are a small but successful land flipping firm. We’ve been in business since 2017 and have a 7-figure revenue business. We continue to grow each and every year so far. We do direct mail, pay per click, and ringless voicemail campaigns to acquire land at a discount from sellers who live far away and have no use for the land. After purchasing, we list it and sell it for 80-100% of market value. The best way to describe it is this: we buy from the people who see it as trash, and sell it to the people who see it as treasure. It is a business model where everyone wins.

I am one of the owners (Dave), and if this sounds fascinating to you, we’d love to learn more about you! This has been a blessing to my family and so many others and I take it seriously. I started the business in 2017 and believe in having multiple streams of income. I’d love to take you under my wing and teach you how to do that as well.

They say your spouse is the only family member you get to choose. However, our small team will be a family, and I’ll get to choose you! Some facts about me are the following: I’m the dad of 2 amazing girls (one in college and one finishing elementary school) and husband to my even more amazing wife. I live in the the Twin Cities (Minneapolis area), love to be outside running, walking, hiking or biking, I’m a total nerd who loves to read fantasy books (check out Michael Sullivan, he’s awesome!) and business books and I love to play WorldWar 3 conflict of nations on my phone, and on occasion have been known to break a few windows when I try to sing.
