JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Transaction Coordinator with experience in commercial real estate, cold calling, and lead generation to manage leasing transactions and support business development efforts. This role involves coordinating contracts, handling prospect outreach, and maintaining transaction records to ensure a seamless process for clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage lease agreements and transaction documentation for commercial properties.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, signed, and submitted accurately.
Conduct cold calls to potential tenants, property owners, and investors.
Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and research.
Maintain and update CRM tools with lead details, transaction progress, and follow-ups.
Coordinate communication between landlords, tenants, and internal teams.
Track transaction milestones and follow up on pending documents or approvals.
Assist in handling inquiries, providing updates, and supporting leasing processes.

Qualifications:
Experience in commercial real estate transactions or a similar role.
Cold calling and lead generation experience is a must.
Strong knowledge of lease agreements, contracts, and transaction processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organization skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and leads simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM tools, document management systems, and spreadsheets.
