Job Overview:
We are seeking a remote, highly organized Transaction Coordinator with Canadian real estate experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Realm, Follow Up Boss, and KVCORE, with a strong understanding of Canadian real estate transactions. This role ensures smooth and efficient closings by managing all aspects of the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Management:

Oversee transactions from contract to close, ensuring compliance and timely communication between all parties.
Documentation:

Maintain accurate records in Skyslope, manage electronic signatures, and ensure all documents are complete.
Client Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Compliance:

Ensure all transactions meet real estate laws, regulations, and company policies, conducting quality checks to correct errors.
System Management:

Use Skyslope and KVCORE to manage transactions and provide training to agents as needed.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator in Canadian real estate.
Proficiency in Follow Up Boss, Skyslope and Realm
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Canadian real estate laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
