Job Description:
As an Experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of real estate transactions, from contract to close. Leveraging your extensive experience in real estate transaction coordination and your knowledge of the US real estate market, you will ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, streamline the transaction process, and provide excellent service to clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
• Coordinate and facilitate the entire transaction process, including drafting and reviewing contracts, disclosures, and addendums.
• Schedule and coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary appointments.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the status of their transactions and address any questions or concerns.
• Work closely with agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely and successful closings.
• Manage transaction documents and records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the transfer of funds, earnest money deposits, and closing documents between parties.
• Assist in the preparation of closing statements, settlement statements, and other necessary paperwork for closing.
• Conduct post-closing follow-up to ensure all outstanding tasks and documentation are completed and recorded appropriately.
• Stay informed of changes in real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience as a real estate transaction coordinator in the US real estate market.
• Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes, contracts, and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in real estate transaction management software and tools (e.g., Dotloop, DocuSign, TransactionDesk).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of state-specific real estate laws, regulations, and forms is preferred.
