We are actively seeking a full-time Transaction Coordinator to join our team, Paramount Home Group. If you are detail-oriented, experienced in contract review, and have a knack for ensuring accuracy, we invite you to apply and be a key player in our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the transaction process from contract to close, ensuring all deadlines and contingencies are met.
-Maintain accurate transaction records in Sisu and FUB, updating progress and key milestones.
-Communicate with clients, agents, title companies, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth and timely closings.
-Review contracts and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted on time.
-Assist with document management, including uploading, filing, and organizing transaction-related documents.
-Provide regular updates to tea
-Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
-Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
