JOB SUMMARY:
The Training Specialist at Ethos Support is a visionary leader responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs that elevate team performance and client confidence. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who can work independently while collaborating effectively with the executive team and clients. The ideal candidate will inspire trust, foster growth, and take ownership of all training initiatives, including client-specific programs, company-wide training, and continuing education.
The Training Specialist must be willing to work on-site and travel to alternate sites as needed to ensure hands-on support and consistent delivery of training across locations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training Development & Delivery:
• Create and lead training programs for multiple clients, tailoring content to meet specific needs and performance objectives.
• Develop company-wide training programs to onboard new employees, reinforce company values, and ensure operational excellence.
• Design and implement continuing education programs that promote career growth and skill enhancement for tea
• Build and update training materials to reflect evolving business goals and industry trends.
Performance-Based Training:
• Analyze team performance metrics to identify training opportunities and develop targeted improvement plans.
• Collaborate with QA teams to address skill gaps and align training initiatives with quality standards.
Reporting & Leadership:
• Provide regular updates to the executive team and clients, including progress reports, training forecasts, and impact analyses.
• Lead by example, inspiring confidence in both clients and tea
On-Site & Travel Requirements:
• Deliver in-person training at primary and alternate sites as required.
• Travel as needed to support client and team needs across various locations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in training roles, preferably across multiple clients or in a BPO environment.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing impactful training programs.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Advanced organizational skills to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning platforms.
