We need an all-star TRAINING SPECIALIST who works hard, loves to teach others, and makes working on the team more fun.

**The Role**

You are passionate about educating and empowering learners to excel in the dynamic world of digital marketing. You design and deliver engaging, hands-on training programs covering essential topics like SEO, social media marketing, content strategy, and analytics.

You have a deep understanding of current industry trends and best practices. Through interactive sessions, practical exercises, and personalized mentoring, you ensure participants gain the confidence and skills needed to succeed in today’s digital landscape.

Your expertise and commitment to continuous learning make you invaluable in fostering the next generation of digital marketing professionals.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- Create comprehensive and engaging training structure; topics can be about digital marketing covering topics like SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, analytics, and more. It can also include topics about project management, metrics, and more.
- Conduct online training sessions, and workshops to diverse groups of learners, ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, activities, case studies, and group discussions, to ensure active participation and learning retention.
- Develop and administer assessments, and practical assignments to gauge learners’ understanding and progress.
- Promote ongoing learning and development by recommending additional resources, tools, and courses.
- Keep accurate records of training sessions, learner progress, and feedback.
- Create the trainings in Notion. Background and expertise in Notion is a HUGE plus.

**SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:**

- Owns a laptop or a desktop computer that can do multitasking, and with advanced specifications.
- Internet with at least 200mbps speed.

**WORKING CONDITIONS:**

Candidate can work from anywhere, with reliable internet access. They must be able to communicate in a clear and prompt manner. It is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. There will be daily communications with team members in the Philippines and the US.

**SALARY AND BENEFITS:**

- P35,000 to P42,000 (depends on experience and proven results)
