JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Training Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all training and development programs within the organization. You will collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps, create training strategies, and ensure that employees have the resources they need to succeed and grow in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that align with the company’s goals and employee needs. This includes onboarding programs, technical training, leadership development, and soft skills training.
Training Delivery: Lead or coordinate the delivery of training sessions through various methods, including e-learning, webinars, and virtual classrooms.
Training Materials & Resources: Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, guides, and e-learning content. Ensure all training resources are up to date, relevant, and accessible to employees.
Monitor and Evaluate Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback from participants, monitoring performance improvements, and adjusting programs as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Employee Development: Provide support for employee growth and career development, identifying opportunities for ongoing learning and leadership programs.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all training programs comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal or regulatory requirements.
Reporting: Track and report on training activities, participation, and performance metrics to senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar training and development role.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, training techniques, and instructional design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels.
Experience in developing virtual training programs.
Ability to assess training needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
