Location: Remote (Work from Home). Able to work UK time zone hours.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 11:00 am UK time (3 hours per day to start, increasing to 4 hours after training)
Weekend: 1-hour task (flexible timing)
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $5 per hour to start
Review: Salary will be reviewed after 6 months, with potential increase to $6-$10+ based on performance and successful training completion
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team, focusing on project management and customer service. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in English and experience with ClickUp for project management. We value individuals who are eager to learn, not afraid to try new things, and can take initiative without constant direction.
Responsibilities:
Project Management (using ClickUp):
-Create and manage projects in ClickUp
-Delegate tasks based on team roles and responsibilities
-Monitor project progress and follow up on incomplete tasks
-Attend tea
Customer Service:
-Respond promptly and professionally to customer
-Communicate effectively in English to resolve customer inquiries and issues
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Training and Development:
-Participate in training sessions to learn new tools and skills
-Tools to Learn: Canva (design software), Shopify (eCommerce platform), Klaviyo
-Apply new skills to tasks as training progresses
Qualifications:
Essential:
-Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
-Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
-Strong communication skills
-Reliability and attention to detail
-Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
Technical Requirements:
-Reliable computer
-Stable internet connection
