Position: Ads Manager - FB, IG and TikTok
Type: Full-time | Permanent Work from Home
Shift: US time zone hours between 12pm-8pm
Rate: $12/hour (USD)

Gym Reinforcements is looking for an Ads Manager who is capable of helping our growing Marketing team. We are a fast-growing fitness company that needs to help Gym Owners to grow their business. They need leads from social media ads on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok, and you must have experience marketing for brick-and-mortar businesses. They have a smaller pool of people to target (5-7 mile radius) so there must be eyes on ad performance daily and fast tweaks as needed. You must LOVE marketing to be a good fit for this position.

You must have the following experiences & qualifications:
- 2 years minimum experience in digital marketing
- Knows how to write attention-grabbing copy
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful attitude and can find things on their own
- Creative ideas for ad copy and headlines
- Reliable computer and fast internet as this position is a work-from-home position.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Strong in graphic design using Canva or similar
- Have ideas for clients that aren’t strong in creating offers
- Incredible attention to detail
- Full understanding of all social media platforms specifically, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of content management systems
- Able to load an ad extremely fast
- Know all the targeting options (audiences, interests, etc.)
- Can handle 20 accounts
- Can start ASAP
