JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Top of Funnel Sales Representative who excels in mass outreach and initiating the first step of the sales process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads by reaching out to a list of prospective companies through joining Upgrade to see actual info and messaging relevant channels, effectively using template messages, and maintaining high-quality communication with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute mass outreach campaigns to a provided list of prospective companies.
- Deliver a convincing pitch to set up a meeting with our founder for a sales call
- Customize and utilize compelling template messages for initial contact.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on company criteria.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further development.
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, but mainly written.
- Strong ability to create and customize outreach templates.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement platforms (excel spreadsheet).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.

We intend to do a part time work trial and go to full time if satisfactory
