Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Dominate Lead Generation: Own our CRM marketing platform—optimize every email, landing page, and workflow to generate
a flood of high-quality leads.
• Own Our Social Media: If you don’t have social media strategies that actually work—don’t bother applying. We need someone
who can drive real, measurable growth.
• Optimize Our Website: Boost engagement and conversions by keeping our websites fresh, strategic, and user-friendly.
• Analyze and Conquer: Data doesn’t scare you—it’s your best friend. You’ll interpret analytics and turn them into actionable
insights that drive better campaigns.
• Stay On The Cutting Edge: If you’re not living, breathing, and obsessing over the latest in marketing trends, you’re already
behind.
• Build and Implement a Marketing Calendar: You’ll make sure that all updates, campaigns, website changes, social media, and
mailings stay on track and that they apply all the cutting-edge marketing principles from the direct marketing experts.
• Play our CRM Like a Fiddle: You’ll make our CRM sing by optimizing all its functions. If you’re proficient at HubSpot, that’s a
plus.

You’ll manage a team of marketers, developers, and creatives—and hit every deadline. Excuses? Zero tolerance.
