Title Insurance Processor / Escrow officer

Title X is a National Title Company licensed in over 30 states in the US. We are looking for a passionate amazing person that can help us provide comprehensive title insurance protection and professional settlement services for real estate purchases, refinances and equity loans.
We are looking to add a Title Insurance Processor to our growing team. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Escrow team in a variety of ways including customer support and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in making the dream of home ownership a reality.

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented closer/processor to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating and finalizing real estate transactions, ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant with industry regulations. The ideal candidate has experience in title, escrow, or mortgage processing and can manage multiple transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and prepare closing documents for real estate transactions
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure timely closings
• Verify the accuracy of loan and title documents, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Facilitate funding, disbursements, and recording of closing documents
• Communicate with clients and other parties to provide updates and resolve any closing-related issues
• Maintain organized and accurate records for all transactions
• Ensure all closing conditions are met before finalizing the transaction

Requirements
• Minimum of two years of experience in closing, title processing, or mortgage processing
• Familiarity with title insurance, escrow procedures, or loan closing processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in closing and title software Qualia
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
