2) Dial 150–300 qualified leads daily
3) Book high-quality appointments with business owners
4) Stick to proven scripts and adapt fast
5) Hit your KPIs and stack your commissions

What We’re Looking For:
- Men only. Fluent English. Strong voice.
- You’ve done cold calls before or you’re willing to learn faster than 99% of people
- You can handle pressure, competition, and rejection without losing energy
- You want to grow into leadership (not just stay stuck dialing forever)
