Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, particularly on Instagram and TikTok, and a proven track record of working with models and influencers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, engage with audiences, and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on Instagram and TikTok.
Collaborate with models and influencers to create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content.
Manage and schedule daily posts, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering a strong and positive community.
Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Assist in planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
Proven experience working with models and influencers, understanding their unique marketing needs.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
