Tiktok Shop Specialist

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant - TikTok Shop Account Manager to help manage and scale our presence on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, social commerce, and platform management, with a strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, advertising tools, and influencer collaborations. This role will involve product listing optimization, campaign management, customer service, and leveraging TikTok’s ecosystem to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop Account Management:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functionality of the TikTok Shop seller account.
Maintain compliance with TikTok Shop policies and address any account-related issues.
Track and improve seller performance metrics.

Product Listing & Optimization:
Upload and manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and videos.
Conduct keyword research to optimize product discoverability.
A/B test product titles, descriptions, and pricing strategies to maximize conversions.

Utilize TikTok’s Affiliate Program and recruit influencers to promote products.
Collaborate with TikTok creators and influencers for paid and organic promotions.

Inventory & Order Fulfillment:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocks to prevent sellouts.
Manage fulfillment strategies, whether through TikTok Fulfilled by Seller (FBS) or third-party logistics.
