Job Summary
The TikTok Shop Account Manager will play a vital role in overseeing our clients’ TikTok Shop integrations, affiliate programme management, and advertising efforts. This person will be responsible for optimising account performance, maximising affiliate and influencer partnerships, and developing advertising strategies that drive engagement and sales. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, including Shopify integrations, affiliate programmes, and Spark Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop & Shopify Integration:
• Manage and optimise the integration between TikTok Shop and Shopify for seamless product listings, inventory synchronisation, and order fulfilment.
• Ensure product data and pricing are accurate across platforms and troubleshoot any integration issues to avoid disruptions to the client’s e-commerce operations.
TikTok Shop Affiliate Programme Management:
• Develop and manage a robust affiliate strategy for TikTok Shop, identifying and recruiting influencers and partners to increase brand reach and sales.
• Collaborate with TikTok influencers weekly, ensuring they have the resources and support necessary for effective promotions.
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients, and adjusting strategies to maximise revenue.
TikTok Advertising & Spark Ads:
• Plan and execute TikTok advertising campaigns, including Spark Ads, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Utilise TikTok’s advertising tools to create optimised ad placements and monitor key performance indicators, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed client objectives.
• Experiment with creative formats and targeting options to improve campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
