Tiktok Influencer DM Outreach and Onboarding - High Volume (USA Tiktok Shop)

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as an Outreach Specialist, focusing on influencer engagement and affiliate onboarding through TikTok.

This role involves sending a high volume of direct messages to potential influencers, engaging them in conversation, and guiding them through the process of becoming an affiliate for our brand.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (reading and writing)
- Good internet connection
- Full management of TikTok accounts (answering messages, creating visual cards for new posts, etc
- Find influencers that could either create content for us or post content that we already have to their accounts. You will have to work with them from A to Z making sure we get the results we need from them.
- Create content together with our team's designer, writing content for posts and stories and posting, posting, posting!

Expected experience:
- Similar Influencer marketing experience of finding appropriate influencers within our budget
- Basic experience managing social media
- You HAVE TO speak English at least on an Intermediate level

This is a remote position with flexible hours, though you should be available to respond promptly to influencers during peak engagement times.
