Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and innovative Dropshipping Video Ads Creator, specializing in TikTok, to join our marketing team. This role involves crafting compelling video ads using a mix of sourced online content and custom User-Generated Content (UGC) provided by the store owner. The ideal candidate is adept at creating high-click-through-rate (CTR) videos, staying updated on TikTok trends, and proficiently using TikTok Ads Manager to maximize ad performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Video Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality video ads for TikTok, utilizing both sourced internet content and custom UGC provided by the store owner.
2. Optimization: Optimize videos to achieve high CTR and engagement, keeping abreast of best practices and strategies to enhance ad performance.
3. TikTok Trend Awareness: Stay updated with TikTok trends, challenges, and viral content to incorporate relevant elements into video ads effectively.
4. High Volume Production: Capable of producing a high volume of TikTok video ads without compromising quality or creativity.
5. TikTok Ads Manager: Proficiency in using TikTok Ads Manager to launch, manage, and analyze ad campaigns for optimal results.
6. Collaboration: Work directly with the marketing team to align video ad strategies with marketing goals and target audience preferences. Must also work with the store manager as to quickly get ads for product testing and scaling
7. Independent Execution: Ability to work autonomously and efficiently without constant supervision from the website owner.
8. Portfolio Showcase: Applicants must provide examples of previous TikTok video ad creations within their application to be considered.

• Proficiency in using TikTok Ads Manager to create and manage ad campaigns effectively.
