TikTok Shop VA

USA Multi-million e-commerce brand looking for a TikTok Shop VA.

Responsibilities include:
-General management of TikTok Shop Seller Central
-Monitor shipping integration with MCF
-Identify and outreach to affiliates suited for our brand
-Manage sample requests and all communication with Affiliates/Creators
-Track content submission and manage KPI Excel / Affiliate Tracker
-Customer communication (questions about product, shipping problems, etc. & review requests/response)
-Like and respond to comments, repost on our page
- Monitor affiliate video performance and push Ads with Spark codes
-Collaborate with our Amazon team for inventory management

*You MUST have hands-on experience with TikTok shop with an e-commerce brand
*We expect that most of the content will be created by creators and affiliate, but it is a plus if you have basic video editing experience
