TikTok Shop Order Fulfillment, Tracking & Customer Service

I'm looking for 6 remote workers who have experience in order fulfillment, tracking and customer service for eCommerce businesses. We operate on TikTok Shop, so if you have done this already.. HUGE HUGE POINTS!

This position can be up to all 7 days, full time (we need workers for Monday through Friday, 12-8pm eastern, AND Saturday & Sunday, 12-8pm Eastern. The work can be full time and overtime. We operate our shops in Pods, meaning, there are 2 fulfillment workers in a Pod, and the Pod manages multiple shops (or just one if it's SUPER busy)

TWO ROLES:

1) Order Fulfillment - You will be ordering items from Amazon that are purchased by the customers on TikTok, as well as purchasing, printing and organizing shipping labels for items that are at our warehouse. This is your only task, so you can stay focused and honed in. If you have a lot of experience in order fulfillment, this will be where I place you.

2) Tracking, Customer Service & Returns - if you have experience in tracking labels, tracking numbers, and have AWESOME english writing and grammar, this is where I'll put you. You must be very good at positive scripting (customer is always right mentality) and good at conflict resolution.

This is where it gets fun. Yes you are hourly, yes it is full time (with time and a half overtime)...
But I have TWO bonus commission incentives.

1) Pooled Profit: We purchase our items for our customers through Amazon Associates affiliate links, and this 2% commission gets pooled and distributed to all of the workers. This can add an extra couple hundred bucks a month to your pay, no matter what happens (as long as all goes well)

2) Shop Profit Share: If your TikTok Shop(s) that you manage maintain a 3.5+ shop performance score for more days in a month than not... and is on 5 day accelerated settlement payout times.. your Pod will get 5% of the shop's profit.

Considering our best shops are doing $30k+ a month in profit.. that's some serious money.

We track time with Insightful.io, pay with Veem biweekly (1st of the month, we pay for the 16th-31st of prior month. 16th of each month.. we pay for the 1st-15th of the month). Pay is $2/hr base. We communicate on Discord, and use ClickUp for all of our company tasks & our SOP library. We have TONS of training and resources, believe me.

We attend quick 15 minute daily huddles at the beginning of the shift with the manager and the rest of the remote workers. Our culture is FUN and we all work our tails off to take good care of our clients, because, they will take care of us.


I will conduct an interview and will want to see your CV/Resume and will want to see your proficiency and strategies that you implement to fulfilling your orders and I will want to see your customer service grammar and diction.
