The Role
TikTok Shop
Sourcing and outreaching to TikTok Content Creators inviting them to join our TikTok Shops Affiliate Program
Minimum of 500 invites a week
Pull content that is being posted from TikTok Shop Content Creators
Build lists of qualified affiliates/influencers based on client parameters (# of followers, engagement, content alignment with the brand's mission, estimated CAC, etc.)
Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting (# of outreaches, response rate)
Templated outreach and coordination (mostly in TikTok Shop Seller Center but the ability to communicate over the phone as well if needed)
From TTS and from personal TikTok account if needed
Manage outreach administrative / data entry touch-points
Escalating issues when appropriate re: affiliates/influencers contract negotiation and / or deliverables
Draft project briefing documents, with client guidance, so affiliates/influencers can understand product messaging and guidelines for content creation
QC ongoing campaigns (review if content posted is within the guidelines)
The Requirements:
2+ years experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns
1+ years experience with TikTok
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets
Should be extremely detail-oriented and highly organized, proactive, resourceful, team player, and complete deliverables on time
Must have worked in the graveyard/night shift schedule in the last 6 months following any timezone in the US
