We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a TikTokShop and Google Ads SEO Expert. This role is pivotal in driving our digital marketing efforts, focusing on leveraging TikTok's platform for brand visibility and engagement, while also optimizing our WordPress website through Google Ads and SEO strategies. TikTok Director Responsibilities:

-->Develop and execute TikTok marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement, leveraging TikTok Shop functionalities.
-->Create compelling TikTok content aligned with brand voice and values, ensuring high visibility and engagement metrics.
-->Manage TikTok advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion objectives.
-->Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality video content tailored for TikTok's audience.
-->Monitor and analyze TikTok performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
-->Reach out to and set up affiliates within the TikTok Shop to expand the brand's reach and sales.
-->Stay updated with TikTok trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

WordPress Google Ads SEO Expert Responsibilities:

-->Implement Google Ads campaigns for WordPress websites, focusing on maximizing ROI and conversion rates.
-->Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
-->Monitor website analytics and Google Ads performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
-->Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings for WordPress websites.
-->Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website content.
-->Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads and SEO.

Requirements:

-->Proven experience as a TikTok marketing specialist, with a strong understanding of TikTok Shop and advertising functionalities.
-->Proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns, including GA4, with a track record of successful campaign management.
-->Solid knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for WordPress websites.
-->Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to optimize campaign performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Google Ads and/or SEO.

Expectations:

40 hours a week, 8 hours a day
Competitive salary base
Permanent WFH setup
Work schedule is in EST (Monday-Friday only)
A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
