JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced TikTok Shop Manager to manage and grow a TikTok Shop leveraging AutoDS to streamline operations. The ideal candidate will focus on product sourcing, order processing, influencer collaborations, and campaign management while using AutoDS to automate repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency. This role requires expertise in TikTok Shop management, dropshipping workflows, and e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Sourcing and Optimization:
Use AutoDS to identify trending products on Amazon and TikTok.
Source, list, and optimize products directly in TikTok Shop via AutoDS.
Monitor and adjust product pricing to maintain optimal profit margins.
Regularly refresh product offerings based on market trends and TikTok search insights.

Order Processing and Fulfillment:
Automate order placement from TikTok Shop to Amazon using AutoDS.
Ensure accurate customer details and manage tracking information via AutoDS.
Handle returns and refunds, troubleshooting any order-related issues.
Maintain high fulfillment and delivery standards to comply with TikTok’s policies.

Campaign and Influencer Management:
Collaborate with influencers using TikTok’s built-in tools for campaign promotion.
Create and manage promotional campaigns for key dates (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day).
Analyze campaign performance metrics within TikTok Shop and AutoDS dashboards.
Optimize influencer campaigns to maximize ROI and drive sales.

Store and Tool Optimization:
Manage TikTok Shop settings and integrate seamlessly with AutoDS to streamline workflows.
Stay updated on AutoDS features and TikTok Shop policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Research and suggest complementary tools or software to enhance automation further.

Reporting and Analytics:
Use AutoDS’s analytics tools to track shop performance, including sales, margins, and inventory.
Generate regular reports on product and campaign performance.
Use insights to suggest improvements in sourcing, pricing, and marketing strategies.

Customer Engagement and Support:
Monitor customer feedback and reviews within TikTok Shop.
Respond to queries and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the client to implement strategies for building a loyal customer base.

Qualifications:
Proven experience managing TikTok Shops or similar e-commerce platforms.
Expertise in using AutoDS or similar dropshipping automation tools.
Familiarity with TikTok’s shop ecosystem, including influencer campaigns and product promotions.
Strong understanding of Amazon’s fulfillment processes and pricing dynamics.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and product lines.
Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize performance.

Preferred Attributes:
Experience in dropshipping or managing automated workflows.
Creativity in identifying and promoting trending products on TikTok.
Familiarity with customer service best practices and resolution strategies.
