More specifically, Konsort Social is a TikTok marketing agency serving ecommerce brands and
we are the BEST at what we do! We’re a small 3-person team working with large, fast-growing,
exciting DTC brands to catapult their virality on TikTok.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager! This is a remote (work-from-home) position.
This is a unique role where you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and have a direct
impact on our client's performance. Our affiliate managers are the backbone of our delivery
team and we’re looking to find more wonderful teaUpgrade to see actual infombers who can help us grow!

Responsibilities:
? Onboarding and recruiting new creators
? Complete weekly content reviews / understand the creative learnings to share with other
creators
? Manage our roster of existing creators and support them as they make content
? Collaborate with our ads team to share updates on content
? Stay up to date with the latest trends and creative concepts on TikTok
? Continually develop your craft of copywriting and your understanding of marketing so
you can generate high-performing ad creatives.

Salary & growth opportunities:
? This role starts at $1500/month, raising to $2000/month after 90 days
? On-Track-Earning potential of $3000 - $4000/month including performance bonuses

portfolio of clients

The Ideal Candidate:
? Organisation & Attention to Detail: You will be responsible for keeping on top of the
creator roster. This requires care and attention. You may have multiple clients to switch
between on any given day and should be able to jump into each one.
? Proactive Mindset: The core of your job is to get our clients results. You should be able
to proactively assess the work that needs to be done or identify problems and tackle
them without being asked. We need someone who is willing to “figure it out” and doesn’t
mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are.
But you’re expected to try and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.
? Excellent Communication: One of the most important aspects of this role is working
with a lot of creators. You should have strong written English skills whilst being
responsive and timely with communication to ensure everyone is making progress. You
can share key information clearly and concisely, ensuring that everyone is up to date
with what is going on.
? Understanding Virality: Experience with social media and what makes viral content will
be a core part of the role. Your role will require you to understand TikTok the same way
MrBeast understands YouTube. You should be able to tell which creators will perform
well, you should understand what makes good influencers and affiliate content.

Successful Affiliate Manager Personality Profile
You have a deep interest in human psychology and marketing. The ability to persuade people
with content and generate creative ideas to promote a product excites you. You are someone
who understands the world of social media and is up to date with all of the latest strategies and
trends. You are a naturally curious person and love to explore/learn new things.

You are driven to succeed and have ambitions to build a successful career as a marketer. You
are likely someone whose level of integrity is second to none. If you say that you’ll get
something done, you get it done and not at the last minute. You make decisions quickly. You like
to take charge in a situation and make sure that everything is under control.

Requirements
? Great written English skills
? At least 1 year of experience working online (in a remote environment).
? Proficiency in using tools such as Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets
? Confidence to work independently and efficiently.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
? Ability to stay organised and manage time well, working on multiple projects/executions
while maintaining the highest standard of quality.
? A cool, calm, and collected approach to problem-solving.
