TikTok Outreach Cold Caller

We are looking for a Cold Calling Setter to assist with TikTok outreach. The ideal candidate is confident, quick-thinking, and skilled in handling live conversations with prospects.
Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling

Fluent in English with a strong, engaging, and persuasive voice

Quick thinker who can handle objections and set meetings with our closer (training & script provided)

Able to learn about our agency and effectively communicate our services

Tech-ready: We provide a work phone—no need to use personal devices

Work Schedule & Compensation:

Availability: 7 days/week, 6 -8 hours/day between 12 PM - 8 PM EST

Compensation: Per lead (with bonus structures!)
