We're a global performance marketing agency looking for full time video producers/editors to produce 10-60 second video ads for social advertising campaigns.
You will have existing experience in producing short promotional video ads for the use in paid advertising on YouTube,
You will have experience in taking raw shoot footage and creating attention grabbing, highly engaging videos using:
1. Different hooks
2. Captions, filters, effects and transitions
3. Trending music
We communicate via Slack and use Loom for asynchronous video communication. Our head office is based in the United Kingdom. We have an existing team of 15 in the Philippines already which you will be joining.
To ensure you can work efficiently and produce top quality videos we will cover the cost of a license for CapCut PRO, and provide you with portable USB hard drives to help with storage of video data so you never run out of space.
We offer a starting salary of 5800 PHP per week, depending on experience, with increases to salary based on your videos performing well on our advertising campaigns.
We also offer 15 days' annual leave (and Philippine bank holidays), company level performance-based bonuses, and we pay 13th month.
