TikTok Live-Streaming Talent Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, manage, and operate TikTok North America entertainment live streamers.
2. Monitor live streaming content to improve the quality and revenue of streamers.
3. Provide streamers with support and foster positive cooperative relationships.
4. Plan and execute entertainment live-streaming events.

Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in both spoken and written English; Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Strong passion for entertainment live streaming, with an outgoing personality and creative mindset.
3. Excellent aesthetic sense, strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Innovative, results-driven, and eager to learn.
5. Keen insight into the entertainment industry, familiarity with live-streaming and short-video platform rules; having existing streamer resources or the ability to develop them is a plus.
6. Data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing live-streaming performance and providing effective improvement strategies
7. Previous Live-streaming experience is a plus.
