About The Role:

We’re looking for a highly organised, fast-working TikTok Content Creator & Account Manager to manage and grow 4 TikTok accounts focused on pets, men’s lifestyle, and trending products.

Your primary job:
Source viral content. Aggressively edit it to bypass TikTok’s repost detection. Post consistently. Engage daily. Track growth. Repeat.

This is NOT a simple reposting role. You will be:
• Editing videos daily (speed, crop, flip, overlay text/audio, captions—all customised for each account).
• Managing the posting schedule for 4 accounts.
• Tracking trends in real-time and adjusting strategy.
• Engaging with the audience and growing each account’s followers and engagement rate.
• Preparing these accounts to convert to TikTok Shop when it launches in Australia.

Responsibilities:
• Source 5-10 viral videos daily per account.
• Edit and customise content aggressively (remove watermark, adjust speed, flip, crop, overlay trending audio, rewrite captions).
• Post 3-5 videos daily per account (total of 12-20 posts/day).
• Use tools like Shoplus, Tokboard, TikTok Creative Center to track trends.
• Engage with comments, followers, and trending creators.
• Follow and interact with 15+ relevant accounts daily per profile.
• Monitor analytics—follower growth, engagement rate, top-performing content.
• Weekly performance reports and strategy updates.
• Maintain a scheduling buffer (posts scheduled 3 days ahead minimum).

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing TikTok accounts (personal or client-side).
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, VN Editor, or similar).
• Familiarity with TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and editing techniques to avoid repost detection.
• Ability to manage and organise multiple accounts efficiently.
• Excellent English (written and verbal)—for captions, comments, and communication.
• Highly reliable, self-motivated, and consistent.

Performance Bonuses:
• +$100 if an account gains 10,000 followers/month.
• +$50 if engagement rate stays above 5%.
• +$50 bonus for any single video reaching 500K+ views.
