We are seeking an experienced TikTok Ads Video Editor to create high-converting video ads for our dropshipping products. This role involves sourcing content and editing 5 ads (15-30 seconds each) for 2-3 products daily.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in video editing for dropshipping products and a proven track record of creating successful TikTok ads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create 5 (15-30 seconds each) engaging and high-converting TikTok ads for 2-3 products daily.
- Source relevant content from various platforms to incorporate into video ads.
- Edit and optimize videos for maximum impact and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and best practices to ensure the ads remain competitive.

Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing, specifically for TikTok ads.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting TikTok ads.
- Ability to source and edit content quickly and effectively.
- Familiarity with TikTok trends, video formats, and audience preferences.
- Attention to detail and creativity in producing compelling video ads.

Compensation:
- $6 per hour.
- Performance-based bonuses tied to the success of video ads. ($5 bonus per performing video )
