We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with experience in launching, testing, and scaling Spark Ads on TikTok. The ideal candidate should be familiar with running ads, managing landing pages, and performing A/B testing. Knowledge of affiliate marketing is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Launch, monitor, and optimize Spark Ads on TikTok to drive traffic and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives and landing pages to identify top-performing variations.
- Scale successful campaigns efficiently and pause underperforming ads.
- Use landing page builders to create, test, and optimize pages that convert.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve results.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience running and managing ads on TikTok, especially Spark Ads.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, ad scaling, and performance optimization.
- Proficient in using landing page builders (e.g., Webflow, Unbounce, Carrd, Funnelish).
- Ability to analyze ad performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of TikTok’s advertising policies and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in affiliate marketing or knowledge of affiliate campaign structures.
- Familiarity with TikTok analytics and tracking tools.
