We are an e-commerce company based in the United States and South Korea.
We are looking for an TikTok Account Resolution Specialist
Requirements for the position are:
Experience with TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce platforms specifically Amazon Seller Central
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with TikTok policies, guidelines, and platform operations.
Fluency in English is a MUST
Key Responsibilities:
Address and resolve account-related issues, including account suspensions, policy compliance, and technical concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for account challenges.
Monitor and maintain account health to ensure compliance with TikTok policies and guidelines.
Communicate with TikTok support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve account performance and minimize potential disruptions.
